When your video is done and ready to review, you will receive a link that you can view and comment on any changes or corrections that you would like to see. When you love the final product, hit the “Approve” button and we will E-Mail you a link to a final unwatermarked version for your use.

Q - How easy is the process?

A - Super simple! Just pick what type of video you would like to do, answer a few simple questions about how you would like your video to look , and schedule a time to go into the studio to film. Our producers will handle the rest and walk you through the entire production process.
Q - What do I do to prepare for my session?

A - Your interview session is extremely easy and stress free. Just come into the studio and have a conversation with your producer. Remember to not wear anything green and try to avoid clothing with tight patterns on it. No other advance preparation is necessary!
Q -Can I have a script for my session?

A - Absolutely. If you would like to use a script to deliver your message, just upload your typed message through the portal and one of our producers will have it ready and waiting for you when you enter the studio.
Q - What about additional photos and / or footage?

A - Including additional video footage or photography into your final video will enhance its quality and effectiveness. Photos and video clips – along with any company logos or other graphics you would like to include – can be uploaded through your project form to be incorporated into your video. (.png, .eps, .ai files types are preferred for highest quality.)
Q - What do I do when I get to the studio?

A - Take the stairs to the second floor of the Startup Hub and follow the long hall to the end. You will see a key box on the wall next to the studio room. Press the button on the box to reset the unit. Enter the code found in your confirmation E-mail, remove the studio key and enter the room. Your producer will be on the screen to welcome you into your session.
Q - Once I am done filming, what is next?

A - Your producer will download all of your footage and begin the editing process per the specifications that you noted on your project form. A proof will be E-Mailed to you within 1 week of your filming session. The proof link will allow you to make any comments on changes that you would like to see to the edit. After entering your comments, change the project status to “Needs Review” and we will get back to work. When you love it, mark the project as “Approved” and a link of the final version will be sent to you for your use.
